The Monarch Model is designed as a well appointed pied-à-terre. Featuring a master bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette, spa like washroom and laundry. Small footprint; large living impression. The Monarch Show Home is currently listed on Canada's Best Air BNB.
The Metalmark is our 1 bedroom, 1 bath luxury model. The Metalmark's design features include: an expansive great room with oak beams, floor to ceiling aluminum clad windows, suspended fireplace, 13 foot ceilings and designer lighting. The Japandi styled kitchen features custom slow close cabinetry in black stained oak, leathered granite countertops and Fisher Paykel Fridge/Freezer, drawer dishwasher, wall oven, Induction cooktop with a built in down draft. The bath comes equipped with a custom stone sink, Japanese soaking tub and rain shower. The Master bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows, oak beams and custom cabinetry with built in laundry.
The NEW Essex is our 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath luxury model. Large kitchen bar, full size Fisher and Paykel Fridge/Freezer, drawer dishwasher, wall oven, Induction cooktop with a built in down draft and laundry complete the appliance package. Custom designer cabinetry, countertops, and basins create a space that boasts function and beauty. The Master bedroom features a spa like ensuite with both a free standing bath and rain shower. Built in cabinetry for clothing and linens flank the custom floor to ceiling window. A powder room for guests and expansive skylight complete this luxurious package.
The new Brimstone is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury model featuring an airy, sundrenched living space, eat in kitchen, full size Fisher and Paykel Fridge/Freezer, drawer dishwasher, wall oven, Induction cooktop with a built in down draft and laundry complete the appliance package. Custom designer cabinetry, countertops, and basins create a space that boasts function and beauty . Both Master bedrooms can accommodate King size beds and are equipped with built in cabinetry for clothing and linens. Choose a freestanding bath or rain shower for each washroom.
